  • Griffith’s Bachelor of Business lets you design your ideal career. You can choose a single major, which will give you specialist skills in one profession. Or you can choose a second business major or additional major to give you an even broader range of skills and knowledge when you graduate. You can also choose not to complete a major, selecting from a range of courses that provide broad knowledge for a career in business management.

If you are not sure which majors to choose just yet, that is okay. Once you enrol, you can try some different courses before you choose the combination that is right for you.

A Griffith business degree will prepare you for a wide range of career opportunities – from running major events through to managing key aspects of complex organisations such as employment relations, marketing campaigns, or logistics.

The course was good and relatively easy to complete. I found that course units were set out and explained well and were recommended in an optimal order. I found some teaching staff to be rude and/or bad at replying to emails which negatively affected me in some courses. Overall, most had great tutors, it was just the minority which I thought were unprofessional. Most assessment I had was easy to understand and an appropriate amount of time was given to complete everything. Some tutors/lecturers even amended due dates when they felt it wasn’t fair to students. I only had one assessment piece I didn’t think was fair and this required a submission every single week (a couple of hours work) with only 2 marked in the end which wasted everyone’s time. I am unsure of my career prospects as I haven’t graduated yet but tutors and Griffith staff regularly discuss and recommend opportunities for graduate careers.
