The Master of Work Health & Safety Advanced provides a choice of first specialisations in either Ergonomics, Occupational Hygiene or Risk Management, and second specialisations in either Health Promotion or WHS Research. It is intended for students who want to broaden or deepen their studies with a two year degree.
Ergonomics contributes to the design and evaluation of tasks, jobs, products, environments and systems in order to make them compatible with the needs, abilities and limitations of people. Health Promotion develops advanced knowledge and skills related to population health. The Research specialisation allows for a significant research project in the final stage of the program.
