This is a rather new degree that offers pretty up to date perspectives on the realm of digital media. I would say most courses are quite relevant with some more theoretical than others. Tutorials and assessments incorporate different ways of teaching, e.g Twitter discussion, Google hangouts, online forums, blog articles etc.

If you can choose between 2 courses, it’s worth to do a little research on the professor though. One of the classes I took called Digital Media was not good at all – the professor was an industry professional who turned out to be bad at teaching and failed to provided valuable feedbacks on assignments. Absolutely recommend Internet Governance although it sounds boring.
